Since 2008, the entire farm at Fajã dos Padres has been managed using organic farming practices, with the goal of protecting nature and promoting human well-being. All work is carried out without chemical products, relying instead on natural fertilizers and mostly manual labor.

In this haven of peace, plants, animals, and fruits coexist in a harmonious balance.
